JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes related to Park Construction and Earthworks, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, as well as a solid background in supervising teams.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within Parks and Earthwork Construction is essential.
• Strong knowledge of GPS Technology.
• Demonstrated ability in quality control practices, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
