Description Position Summary The Construction Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution, oversight, and delivery of fiber-optic and coax construction projects from pre-construction planning through close-out and invoicing. This role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer and company quality standards. The Supervisor provides direct leadership to in-house crews and subcontractor partners, maintains accountability for production targets, oversees performance management of direct reports, and serves as the operational link between field execution and project management. **This is a mobile/traveling position and will support work in Powell, Riverton, Sheridan, and Cheyenne. Up to 75% travel is required. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Job Readiness Verify permits, locates, and right-of-way clearances prior to project start. Conduct initial walkouts and job estimates to determine labor, material, and equipment needs. Prepare job sites by confirming material availability, equipment readiness, and crew assignments. Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) — request, track, and reconcile usage to budget. Participate in pre-construction meetings to review scope, schedule, and safety requirements. Daily Field Operations Issue daily work assignments to in-house crews and subcontractors based on project priorities. Monitor field performance and ensure production forecasting aligns with weekly and monthly goals. Conduct routine site inspections to verify quality, workmanship, and adherence to design prints. Approve production entries and redlines submitted by subcontractors for billing accuracy. Manage employee and crew timecards for accuracy and timely payroll processing. Oversee truck, trailer, and tool inventories, ensuring all equipment is maintained and accounted for. Ensure vehicles are kept clean, safe, and properly maintained. Manage resource allocation across crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and productivity targets. Subcontractor & Resource Management Identify work scopes and requirements for subcontractor assignments. Serve as the day-to-day contact for subcontractor field leads, ensuring deliverables meet contract expectations. Support crew onboarding, training, and compliance with Full Circle Fiber safety and quality programs. Maintain accountability for crew performance metrics (productivity, safety, quality, and rework rates). Manage the issuance and monitor minimum/maximum levels of required job materials to prevent shortages or waste. Quality, Safety, and Compliance Conduct Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on all work segments prior to close-out. Enforce safety protocols in line with OSHA and Full Circle Fiber standards, leading daily tailgate meetings and safety checks. Ensure compliance with customer, municipal, and environmental requirements. Participate in root-cause analysis for any incidents, damages, or quality failures. Ensure 100% compliance with digital tools including, but not limited to, project management software, production entry systems, and quality control applications. Promptly treat, report, and monitor any safety incidents, accidents, or equipment loss events.
