At AMCOR Excavations, we’re gearing up for an exciting new project in the Western Downs and are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our operations team.
Based on a 2:2 FIFO/DIDO roster, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys variety, autonomy, and leading by example. You’ll be joining a respected civil contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Queensland.

AMCOR Excavations, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAAS Group Holdings, is a civil construction company working primarily in the gas, coal, and agriculture sectors. Based in Chinchilla, we deliver a full range of civil earthworks, installation, and construction services across Queensland.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of civil and gas infrastructure project.
• Supervise and coordinate a large team of personnel including operators, labourers, subcontractors, and plant support.
• Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects on time and under budget.
• Liaise with all project stakeholders, managing resources, labour, and subcontractors.
• Plan and program project activities, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and environmental management.
• Monitor and report project progress, contributing to project administration and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices across safety, quality, cost, and program management.
