Job Title: Construction Foreman
Location: kipling/Carlyle
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday or 4x10 hour shifts)
Salary: $39-$52 “Based on Experience”
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Foreman with a minimum of 15 years in the construction industry, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role, to lead and manage residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of all phases of construction with an emphasis on ICF foundation forming, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with 5 years in a supervisory/foreman role
  • Strong working knowledge of concrete forming and ICF foundation systems
  • Skilled in general contracting work including framing, roofing, siding, and other exterior components
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license (a company vehicle will be provided)
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, or 4 x 10-hour shifts (to be discussed)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate a 3 to 5-man crew on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency
  • Interpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Manage daily operations on-site, including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow monitoring
  • Oversee construction phases including ICF foundation forming, framing, roofing, siding, and other exterior finishes
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and project specifications
  • Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors as needed
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness and organization
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior crew members
