We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction sites in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in Singapore.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is essential.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges on-site.
• Safety Awareness : Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.

• Site Management : Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Quality Control : Monitor construction quality and ensure that all work meets industry standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and protocols on-site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring that all personnel adhere to safety practices.
• Progress Reporting : Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any incidents or delays. Report to the Project Manager on project status and any challenges faced.
• Material Management : Oversee the delivery and use of materials on-site, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and that inventory levels are maintained.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction, including conflicts between trades, delays, and resource shortages.
• Communication : Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
