JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor (5 years minimum) to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, quality control, and budgeting. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. The Construction Supervisor will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, safely and to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry (5 years Minimum) .
  • Strong understanding of quality control processes, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating, and schematics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to ensure accurate execution of projects.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular site inspections & Health & Safety inspections to assess progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
