What You'll Do: * Oversee pipeline construction projects. * Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of third party contractors. * Assign work and monitor construction costs and overall performance. * Manage subordinate employees within pipeline operations. * Complete reports of job progress. * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. * Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met. * Verify conformance. * Assure all contractors and employees know and follow safety and work rules & policies. * Assign work and monitor construction costs and overall performance. * Monitor the job site for safety and quality of work. * Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. What We're Looking For: Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities * Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related business; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Computer Skills * Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ability to learn to use proprietary databases. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations * Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Additional Eligibility Qualifications * English language fluency, verbal and written. * Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
