In this position, you will be the direct counterpart to our internal project manager. You will form a strong two-person team. You will have the autonomy and authority on-site to ensure that external construction and trade companies implement our projects precisely according to our specifications and quality standards.

Your tasks (What you will do with us):

• Quality assurance & control: Daily presence on our construction sites. They check whether the external companies comply with our parameters and the minimum legal/technical requirements.
• Error prevention: Your constant presence allows you to identify and avoid errors early on, ensuring that our apartments can be put on the market as quickly and with the highest quality standards as possible.
• Construction monitoring & documentation: You document the construction progress (photos, filing, short reports) and keep the project manager up to date.
• Hands-on mentality: If small repairs are needed or material needs to be transported to the construction site spontaneously, you pitch in yourself.
• Emergency standby: In the event of accidents, they are available as first responders and coordinators (also on weekends by arrangement).

Your profile (What you bring to the table):

• Broad expertise: You don't need in-depth specialist knowledge in just one trade, but a solid all-round understanding across all trades (interior finishing, building services, etc.). You can discuss technical matters with construction workers and company bosses on equal footing and know what's important.
• Language talent in the construction industry: You have good German skills; additional Eastern European languages ​​would be a plus.
• Personality & Loyalty: You are absolutely honest, reliable, and loyal. You spend many hours independently and autonomously on construction sites – we need to be able to trust you 100%. You are a true team player.
