Construction supervisor or site manager for building construction and renovation (m/f/d)

Industry: Architecture - Engineering Planning

Here's what needs to be done:

• 50% on-site construction and 50% construction management (administration / paperwork)
• You will start with renovation projects in Berlin and check execution plans and specifications for completeness and quality.
• You control the entire construction process and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality standards are met.
• Your tasks include attending construction meetings, visiting construction sites, and checking and documenting measurements and invoices.
• You coordinate the construction site personnel and subcontractors and take over the change order management.
• At the end of the project, you conduct building inspections with the subcontractors and ensure the handover of the completed construction work to the clients.

You should bring:

• Experience and expertise: You bring several years of practical experience, ideally in residential construction (especially renovation) and are very familiar with the building regulations, HOAI, VOB and the basics of statics.
• Qualifications: A Bachelor's, Master's or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is an advantage – alternatively, we welcome professionals with sound professional experience.
• IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• A driver's license is a great advantage
• Your German language skills are at least at B2/C1 level – both written and spoken.
