We are a medium-sized engineering company specializing in building services engineering, based in Berlin Mitte. We advise investors, developers, architects, and general contractors on the implementation of residential, hotel, and commercial projects of all types and sizes.

For our branch in Berlin, we are currently looking for a construction supervisor (m/f) specializing in building services engineering (HVAC) or electrical systems.

Your tasks

Operational construction management of the HVAC or electrical trades
Construction process control, monitoring of deadlines and costs, coordination of interfaces
Coordination meetings with architects and building owners
Instruction, guidance, coordination and control of subcontractors
Support during expert inspections, commissioning and handover of the systems to the customer

Your profile

Engineer, technician or master craftsman in the field of building services engineering / supply engineering or electrical engineering
At least 5 years of professional experience in on-site project management at the construction site.
Knowledge of the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and common software such as Outlook, Word, Excel
