Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The role ensures efficient coordination, scheduling, and people activities, which are critical to supporting the scaffolding construction stages, as well as daily operations of the business. The incumbent will also play an active role in supporting the improvement of internal systems and processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the coordination of tasks required to ensure efficiency in installs and dissembling of scaffolding jobs – taking calls and providing information then pass on to Construction Team Leader
  • In collaboration with the Construction Team Leader and Leading Hands oversee the construction schedules, workflows, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked and completed on time
  • Assist in yard coordination, including communication between Construction Team Leader and Employees
  • In collaboration with the Construction Team Leader, schedule, coordinate and assist with staff inductions
  • Manage employee training registrations and cancellations
  • Handle WorkCover-related tasks and documentation
  • Assist in implementing safety policies and procedures
  • Book services and repairs for vehicle
  • Support the Construction Team, Admin Team, Office Manager and Managing Director as required
