Description

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to ensure the integrity, compliance, and protection of sensitive construction activities. This role is essential in safeguarding classified projects by providing continuous surveillance, preventing unauthorized access or tampering, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Must have a Completion of CST/CAG (Construction Security Technician/Cleared American Guard) course (or equivalent).
  • Must possess Completion of an applicable TSCM (Technical Surveillance Countermeasures) course (or equivalent).
  • In-depth understanding of:
  • ICD 705 Technical Specifications, DODM 5105.21, and UFC 4-010-05.
  • Security protocols for the transportation, storage, and installation of Government-furnished collateral equipment.
  • TEMPEST construction principles and counterintelligence measures.
  • Ability to:
  • Read, interpret, and analyze design drawings, specifications, and architectural intent.
  • Identify and evaluate structural complexities or anomalies that may mask unauthorized activities.
  • Apply knowledge across multiple construction disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and electronic engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in at least one of the following:
  • Construction quality assurance.
  • Supervisory construction experience.
  • Familiarity with hostile and friendly intelligence surveillance devices and countermeasures.
  • Thorough understanding of required security procedures and levels across different facility areas.
    Important Notice:
    This role is part of a proposal for the U.S. Department of Defense. Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission
Responsibilities
  • Provide construction site security surveillance throughout the contract period for MILCON P351.
  • Responsible for execution of contract requirements and contractor resource management.
  • Remain within a 150-mile radius of NAS Lemoore to ensure rapid response to tasking.
  • Ensure all work complies with ICD 705 and DODM 5105.21 Physical Security requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with U.S. persons only requirements as defined by federal law.
  • Obtain and maintain base access authorization, including completion of SECNAV 5512/1 for all employees.
  • Ensure proper management and return of base passes upon employee termination or contract completion.
  • Submit terminated employee listings to the Contracting Officer within 7 calendar days.
  • Assume responsibility for all base access expenses (not reimbursed by the Government).
