Fixtures & Hardware: Basic resets (sinks/faucets/toilets), swap light fixtures/switch plates, install bath accessories/blinds (within permitted scope). Protect & Communicate: Protect the home, give clear status updates, coordinate subs/inspections, pick up and stage materials.
