What You Will Need: * Industry experience: 3–5 years of experience in the construction, technology, equipment, or related industry, with exposure to sales, service, training, or customer support activities. * Technical aptitude: The ability to learn, troubleshoot, and support GPS, machine control, construction technology, and other advanced technology solutions. * Customer focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience. * Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively train, support, and collaborate with customers and team members. * Travel flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel 35–50% based on seasonal business demands. * Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
