JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently hiring Construction Workers in Brooks, Alberta to join our team. This position involves working with a rivet gun to drill and install rivets on-site. If you are hardworking, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced construction environment, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience using a rivet gun or in general construction is an asset (training provided if needed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor construction environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Steel-toe boots and standard PPE required (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses)

• Operate a rivet gun to drill and secure rivets according to project specifications
• Follow blueprints, layouts, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Assist with general construction duties as needed
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times
• Comply with all company and site safety protocols
