POSITION OVERVIEW

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 standards.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with CMAR and JOC project delivery methods.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.

  • Supervise and mentor project team members, including subcontractors and laborers.
