The Clinical Support Dispatcher is a specialized position routing emergent and non-emergent encounters for different service lines. The Clinical Support team is dedicated to accelerating patient care. The Dispatcher is responsible for receiving and prioritizing encounters from clinical facilities. Work is performed under general supervision by Shift Supervisors/team lead and Managers.
