Lead and manage the UK consultancy team, currently consisting of 3 consultants.
Drive efficiency, collaboration, and client satisfaction within the consultancy services.
Keep track of billability, quarterly and yearly targets, budget and capacity planning.
Work closely with the Global Customer Domain to elevate consultancy services to the next level.
You are responsible, together with your fellow local management team members, to balance all company goals for the local team in order to make the UK branch as a whole successful.
Coach, develop, and appraise consultants to ensure continuous growth.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and future business planning.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will deliver some amount of consultancy hours to customers alongside their management duties, given the current consultancy team size.
