REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in consultancy sales, business development, or engineering solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of steel structures, PEB systems, and construction consultancy services.
  • Excellent communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and close consultancy contracts.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Consultancy Sales Engineer to promote our consultancy services and engineering solutions to clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves a mix of technical expertise and business development, ensuring the company’s consultancy services are positioned as trusted solutions in the construction industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for consultancy and engineering services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and contractors.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the company’s consultancy capabilities.
  • Liaise with design and engineering teams to develop proposals, BOQs, and technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the pre-qualification, tendering, and proposal submission process for consultancy projects.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements to create effective sales strategies.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, meetings, and networking events to promote consultancy services.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and UAE regulatory standards.
