IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Experience in tech consulting, AI & analytics transformation, or internal innovation roles (e.g., Centers of Excellence).
• Hands-on experience in leading the implementation of software, AI and/or analytics initiatives.
• Strong commercial understanding, including ability to engage with senior stakeholders and support business development.
• Familiarity with modern data solutions and AI technologies (hands-on technical expertise not required, but strong conceptual understanding is essential). We’re especially focused on Microsoft cloud stack.
• Ability to drive projects forward in complex, uncertain environments, ensuring tangible progress and business value.
• Practical experience in Agile project management methodologies, particularly in AI & data-driven projects.
• Excellent presentation skills – written, verbal and visual.
• Fluency in English; Finnish is considered a major plus.
• Bonus: experience working with large, industrial enterprises (our main client focus).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a consultant, you will have a dual role: first, helping organizations identify and define AI & analytics opportunities by conducting structured assessments, designing practical solution concepts, and building actionable roadmaps. Second, you will lead AI and data implementation projects, ensuring that planned solutions are successfully deployed, integrated, and adopted within the business. With strong commercial acumen, you will engage with customers from the pre-sales stage, helping to build trust and establish yourself as an advisor who can guide them from initial concept to tangible impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct structured AI & analytics opportunity assessments, including stakeholder interviews, business case evaluation, and feasibility analysis.
• Design concrete AI & data solution concepts (defining e.g., problem statements, value propositions, use cases, functional and technical requirements).
• Develop clear, actionable AI & data roadmaps, outlining necessary steps for successful implementation and scaling.
• Lead AI and data implementation projects, overseeing execution, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating high-level needs into detailed AI solution requirements.
• Engage in pre-sales discussions, articulating the business value of AI solutions and supporting proposal development.
• Collaborate closely with teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
