Full-time (36 hours per week) Consultant Analyst contract to start on 15-03-20 until 04-09-20 with a possible extension.

• Liaise with stakeholders to understand structure, policies and operations.
• Understanding the “as is” operation / process.
• Develop the “to be” operation / process and data flows.
• Produce descriptions of the inputs, activities and outputs.
• Identify the most efficient and appropriate process.
• Produce work instructions and guidance notes.
• Identify resource types and responsibilities.
• Identify performance measures to confirm process is working effectively.
