Your impact:

As a Consultant Banking / Governance, Compliance & Data (m/f/d), you will be the competent contact person when it comes to the further development of business models and the digitalization of financial institutions – and thus make a significant contribution to the optimization of new and existing solutions for our customers. 

• Methodological diversity:  You develop and evaluate application possibilities of innovative methods and technologies to quantitative, regulatory and accounting issues in financial institutions.
• Innovation:  Actively support the development and introduction of new technologies and the design of applications in the finance and risk function to meet external requirements.
• Knowledge:  Gradually you will acquire knowledge about topics related to data management, AI, automation, change management and bank management.
• Tools:  You will gradually expand your skills around the introduction of tools, e.g. for use in reporting or AI, and the implementation of the technical requirements. 

Your skillset:

• Degree  in a natural science or economics degree with a focus on business administration or banking, or equivalent.
• Initial knowledge  in the areas of banking, finance & risk, regulatory reporting, data science or AI
• Enthusiasm for trends in the financial world and banking,  enjoyment of planning and organization, a confident demeanor, and a passion for complex tasks. 
• Willingness to travel,  as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills
