We are currently seeking a dedicated Consultant in Brain Injury Medicine to join a dynamic private sector healthcare organization. This role demands expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with brain injuries, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team setting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply advanced clinical skills to optimize recovery pathways, contribute to the development of innovative rehabilitation programs, and engage with patients and their families to support them throughout the recovery process. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of brain injury patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes. Advise and educate patients and their families about brain injury recovery and management. Stay abreast of current research and advancements in brain injury medicine to inform clinical practice. Medical degree with relevant specialty training in Neurology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or related fields. Board certification or equivalent qualification in Brain Injury Medicine preferred. Proven clinical experience in managing brain injury patients within a private healthcare setting is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills. Patient-focused approach with empathy and advocacy. Excellent problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities.
