SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Brain Injury Medicine Specialist to join a Government Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care and consultation services to patients with brain injuries, driving improvements in treatment protocols, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes. As a Consultant Brain Injury Medicine Specialist, your expertise will guide the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation plans for patients suffering from various forms of acquired brain injuries, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, and hypoxic brain injury. You will have a vital role in advancing brain injury medicine within the government healthcare system and ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acquired brain injuries in a government hospital setting Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Provide consultation services to other medical professionals within the hospital Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurologists, rehabilitation therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly Educate patients and families about brain injury management and preventive care Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and quality improvement initiatives Stay current with emerging research and best practices in brain injury medicin Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, or related field Board certification or eligibility in Brain Injury Medicine Experience in hospital or government healthcare environments preferred Strong clinical and multidisciplinary collaboration skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Commitment to patient-centered, professional care Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
