SearchPlus HR is looking to hire a Consultant Brain Injury Medicine Specialist for a reputed private hospital. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with brain injuries, utilizing advanced treatment modalities and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation. In this role, the Consultant will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with various types of brain injuries, designing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and manage patients with acquired brain injuries Create and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans Work collaboratively with neurologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Provide expert consultation and advice to medical and support teams Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as necessary Engage in clinical research and quality improvement efforts Educate patients and their families regarding brain injury care and prognosis Maintain current knowledge of developments in the field of brain injury medicine Board certification or equivalent qualifications in Brain Injury Medicine Demonstrated clinical experience in brain injury management within private healthcare settings preferred Proficient in multidisciplinary teamwork and communication Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Commitment to professional development and research participation Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
