Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence Strong understanding of healthcare operations and transformation delivery within a consulting environment. Experience in managing team rosters, work allocation, and operational coordination across healthcare functions. Proficient in preparing team reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making. Skilled in claim data analysis and report preparation to identify trends and operational gaps. Ability to monitor team performance and maintain structured coordination with PPD, CPD, and CEX teams. Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification MBBS/BDS/any other graduate degree in medicine (or) MBA in hospital/healthcare management Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in the healthcare team management.
