JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Captive Insurance Consultant to join our team with a specialized focus on educating clients about captive insurance structures, benefits, compliance, and strategic implementation. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about demystifying complex insurance concepts and empowering clients through tailored educational programs, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
LOCATION: Remote - ( Some travel required)

Responsibilities

A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):

  • Client Education & Trainingo Develop and deliver customized educational content (presentations, webinars, workshops) on captive insurance concepts, structures, and regulatory requirements.o Serve as a subject matter expert to guide clients through the captive formation and management process.o Create and maintain educational materials, FAQs, and knowledge bases tailored to various client industries and experience levels.
  • Consulting & Advisoryo Assess client needs and provide strategic recommendations on captive feasibility, design, and implementation.o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure educational content aligns with current regulatory and market trends.o Support clients in understanding financial models, risk retention strategies, and compliance obligations.o Clearly differentiate between captive types, including single-parent, group and cell structures.o Foster and maintain relationships with key vendors, including fronting insurers, audit and tax providers, domicile regulators.
  • Thought Leadershipo Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and client events as an educational ambassador.o Contribute to white papers, blog posts, and newsletters on captive insurance topics.
  • Client Relationship Managemento Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and proactive communication.o Gather feedback to continuously improve educational offerings and client engagement strategies.
