Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care and counseling. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with government health regulations. Participate in training and mentoring junior staff and medical trainees within the hospital. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital policies and protocols. Qualifications and Experience: Proven expertise in performing complex cardiac surgical procedures. Strong knowledge of government healthcare policies, patient management, and surgical best practices.
