Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Cardiac Transplant Physician to join a leading tertiary care hospital in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide expert care in advanced heart failure and cardiac transplantation, ensuring high standards of patient management across pre-transplant, peri-operative, and post-transplant phases. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with advanced heart failure and heart transplantation needs. Conduct pre-transplant assessments, listing evaluations, and post-transplant follow-up care. Manage immunosuppression protocols, rejection surveillance, infection prevention, and long-term graft monitoring. Assess suitability for mechanical circulatory support, including LVAD and ECMO. Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, anesthesiologists, and transplant coordinators. Participate in transplant selection committees, quality improvement initiatives, and academic activities. Support teaching, research, and mentoring within the department. Requirements MBBS/MD or equivalent qualification. Board certification in cardiology or internal medicine with subspecialty training in Advanced Heart Failure & cardiac transplantation. Fellowship from a recognized international transplant center. Minimum 3–5 years of post-fellowship experience in cardiac transplant medicine. Strong knowledge of international transplant guidelines, including ISHLT and ACC/AHA standards. Excellent clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. Salary: 70000 - 80000 SAR Per month
