As a Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing complex cardiovascular surgeries, managing patient care throughout the surgical journey, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced cardiovascular surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs, and other complex interventions Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, nursing, and allied health professionals for holistic patient management Engage in clinical research and continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging surgical techniques Mentor and train junior medical staff and surgical residents Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and institutional policies to maintain quality and safety standards Medical degree with board certification in Cardiovascular Surgery Proven experience in cardiovascular surgical procedures within a leading healthcare facility Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities Commitment to continuous learning, research, and high-quality patient care Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
