YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Proven Product Owner experience in agile delivery, ideally within IAM or CIAM programs.
• Strong familiarity with IAM/CIAM concepts and technologies; Ping Identity exposure is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps; exposure to Azure and GitHub environments.
• Working knowledge of authentication and identity federation protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML 2.0, SCIM).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and influence technical discussions.
• Comfortable balancing priorities and adapting to multiple delivery roles as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We’re supporting one of the largest credit unions in the US on a highly visible Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) program led by an emerging leader in their organization. This is a 6-month contract role (with potential extension/convert to FTE in 2026) designed to take over the Product Owner function and provide both delivery leadership and advisory support to the CIAM team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as Product Owner for the CIAM scrum team — manage the backlog, run sprints, and drive agile delivery.
• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and alignment on priorities.
• Provide delivery leadership and advisory support across CIAM initiatives.
• Leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) to plan, track, and report on sprint progress and release readiness.
• Guide conversations on identity standards and protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML 2.0, SCIM).
• Support vendor solution integration, with a focus on Ping Identity (PingOne, PingOne AS) and related IAM platforms.
• Flex into Business Systems Analysis and Release Management support when required.
