Job Description To provide comprehensive and accurate investigation, diagnosis and resolution of all client inquiries, requests, compliments and complaints to maintain positive client experience and minimise risk and losses to CIB. Qualifications Matric, Diploma or Degree in Business Commerce, Consumer Services Experience Required 3-4 years General client services and / or support capability with proficient technical experience.
