ABOUT US:

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking advisory team specializing in environmental sustainability, the decarbonization of society and climate change adaptation. Our mission is to drive impactful solutions that reduce carbon emissions and support the global transition to a greener economy. As part of our continued growth and commitment to advancing the decarbonization of every sector, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Consultant to join our advisory team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is an asset.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in advisory or consulting, with a focus on climate change, decarbonization, adaptation, or related areas.
  • Experience conducting GHG inventories, carbon reduction planning, climate risk assessments and adaptation strategies.
  • Knowledge of the decarbonization landscape, including guidelines, regulatory and policies (GHG Protocol, ISO14064, TCFD, SBTi, ISSB, PIEVC, ISO14091, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply climate-related data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation development.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., PowerBI and Python) is an asset.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is required to collaborate with clients and teams across Canada.
  • Passionate about sustainability and climate action, motivated to make an impact.
    Job Location: The selected candidate will be able to work from one of our offices located in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Sherbrooke, Quebec, or Gatineau.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing project tasks, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.
  • Support data collection and post-processing, research, and analysis for climate change mitigation and adaptation projects.
  • Contribute to the development of reports, presentations, and other project deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes, preparing summaries, and following up on key action items.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, policy updates, and emerging technologies to support business development efforts.
  • Assist in contributing to the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Support the analysis of GHG emissions, carbon reduction strategies, climate risk assessments, and policy frameworks.
  • Help develop recommendations for clients based on research and best practices in decarbonization and climate resilience.
