What You’ll Do Deliver rigorous economic analysis using microeconomics, industrial organisation, and advanced quantitative methods. Lead workstreams within major competition projects designing methodologies, running econometric and simulation models, and interpreting results. Craft clear, impactful reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Contribute to thought leadership through articles, papers, and industry insights. Support business development and stay ahead of competition policy trends. Represent Oxera at industry events and share knowledge internally. What We’re Looking For Strong academic background in Economics (Master’s preferred) or related fields like Econometrics. Experience in economic consulting, a competition authority, or academia focused on competition economics. Proficiency in quantitative tools (Stata, R, Python or similar). Solid understanding of antitrust, mergers, and regulatory economics. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs. Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus. Why Join Oxera?
