Do you want to work in the Strategy, Risk & Transactions - Advisory - Mergers & Acquisitions department and support clients throughout the entire M&A deal cycle - from strategy and due diligence to financing and technology issues through to the successful implementation and integration of transactions? YOUR SKILLSET:

• Study: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Software development: 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
• Data: 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms
• Full stack development: 1 year of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, GO, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent
• Data: Ideally, you have one of these qualifications: Data pipelining or staging / Data processing and analytics / Application development
• Language: Fluent German and English language skills

• Development: Develop product or system code while actively contributing to the overall quality of the codebase and the final products.
• Technologies: Write backend and frontend code across various technologies, while facilitating communication and leading discussions with legal teams and cross-functional collaborators.
• System: Diagnose and prioritize product or system issues, debug, track, and resolve them by analyzing their root causes and assessing their impact on hardware, network, service operations, and overall quality
