Position OverviewA leading healthcare provider in Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Dermatologist fluent in Arabic to join its multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bring clinical excellence, cultural sensitivity, and a patient-centered approach to managing a wide spectrum of dermatological conditions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, contribute to service development, and engage in education and research initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatological conditions across all age groupsPerform advanced dermatologic procedures including laser therapy, cryotherapy, and minor surgeriesProvide cosmetic dermatology services as per patient demand and institutional scopeCollaborate with other specialists to ensure integrated patient careMaintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold quality and safety standardsParticipate in departmental audits, CME activities, and clinical governanceContribute to training and mentoring junior medical staffQualifications & ExperienceMedical degree with specialization in DermatologyBoard Certification or equivalent in DermatologyMinimum 5 years of post-specialization experience as a ConsultantFluency in Arabic and EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in GCC healthcare systems is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive tax-free salaryHousing and transportation allowancesAnnual leave and CME supportFamily sponsorship and education allowanceRelocation assistance
