Job Profile Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Learning Experience Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the learner experience, understands adult learning principles, and has a strong process improvement mindset.
The preferred candidate will also have experience in building digital learning experiences that include modern technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Gen AI/Agentic, etc). In this role, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions and applications to improve the learner experience. Applying adult learning theories and principles to the design and delivery of these solutions is also expected. The goal is to enhance user/learner experience, scalability and efficiency in operational tasks through automation.
Additionally, this role will be instrumental in advancing the use of Gen AI developer tools in the learning space, with an initial focus on Gen AI video development tools. This position will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learning needs and translate them into effective learning experiences, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

As a Consultant, you’ll lead the production, development and implementation of specialized digital learning and creative learning solutions in support of business goals. We’ll count on you to provide a holistic creative output by looking at the total digital learning solution including the discovery, design and development to meet business needs and guide management in taking actions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager/Director/AVP. This is an individual contributor role; may have opportunity to lead team based on organizational structure. May also be responsible for virtual/project teams.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate studies in art, visual design, video/movie productions, communications, journalism, advertising or related creative services field; degree preferred.
Experience: Typically, eight or more years related experience in digital learning positions or related fields. Expertise in Lectora, Captivate, Storyline or other eLearning development tools.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning methodologies and processes, usability, learning trends, video production, and/or graphic design. Knowledge of company structure, organizational dynamics and strategies and priorities. Validated knowledge of consulting skills used to advise clients on creative execution, effective delivery, and value to the organizations. Customer-focused orientation. Experience with learning development software like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora or other related software. Commitment to education, training, innovation and development activities. Written skills for the creation and delivery of projects and interaction with management and learning teams. Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines., ,
