Job Description Rockwell Automation is hiring! We are looking for a Consultant - Digital . Based in Australia, you will execute project workstreams, perform analyses, and collaborate with team members to solve complex business problems. You'll begin developing deep subject matter expertise while sharpening core consulting skills. You are hands-on contributor who help deliver client value. You will collect and analyse data, help design solutions, and contribute to project deliverables. Your Responsibilities: 1. Project Work: Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project goals. Develop presentation materials and client-facing deliverables under guidance. Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings with clients. Apply problem-solving techniques to ambiguous or evolving requirements Identify risks, issues, or gaps and escalate appropriately 2. Team Support: Collaborate with peers and senior consultants to deliver project outcomes. Demonstrate initiative in solving problems and improving deliverables. 3. Professional Growth: Actively seek feedback and opportunities to develop consulting capabilities. Begin to build subject matter depth in relevant domains or industries.
