Technical system and reporting developer skills are required to support a number of clients within the Victoria region and across Australia. Digital Strategy & Advisory Assess client digital maturity and define roadmaps covering data, platforms, integrations, and change management. Translate business goals into pragmatic solution architectures, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. Facilitate discovery workshops and produce strategy artefacts (current/future state, gap analysis, sequencing, RACI). Data Management & Architecture Support the implementation of data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks Understand and document data governance standards System Deployments & Integration Undertake business requirements mapping for end-to-end platform deployments Develop API-based integrations, identity/access control, and environment readiness (Dev/Test/Prod). Support implementation partners and report delivery against scope, budget, and timelines. Reporting, Dashboarding & Analytics Define KPI frameworks and deliver executive dashboards and self-service BI. Implement data visualization best practices and model datasets for usability and performance. Develop analytics use-cases Business Generation Support opportunity discovery, scoping, solution design, proposals, and demos. Support the development of new service propositions and marketing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in either; Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics. 2+ years in technical consulting across digital strategy, data, integrations, BI/analytics. Proven team leadership experience (mentoring juniors, leading small delivery squads). Hands-on proficiency in data platforms & BI (e.g., SQL, dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery/Azure Synapse; Power BI/Tableau/Looker). Experience with system deployments and integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, CI/CD fundamentals). Strong grasp of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance implications. Excellent stakeholder management: translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa. Demonstrated business development support (solutioning, scoping, proposal creation).
