En tant que membre de l’équipe AI Workforce Solutions, vous mobilisez votre expertise technique et votre leadership pour concevoir et déployer des solutions innovantes autour de la Power Platform, de Microsoft Copilot et de l’IA générative. Vous pilotez des projets d’automatisation, de gouvernance et d’intégration d’agents Copilot, tout en animant des communautés d’utilisateurs pour favoriser l’adoption et la maturité des usages Microsoft 365. Chez Talan, le/la Consultant(e) Senior Power Platform et Copilot est un(e) communicateur(trice) hors pair et un facilitateur(trice) de la transformation numérique. Accompagner et conseiller les clients dans l’utilisation et l’implémentation technique des solutions Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot et Microsoft 365. Concevoir une feuille de route priorisée pour les projets de déploiement de l’IA générative et agentique chez nos clients. Participer / Animer des ateliers pour recueillir les besoins des utilisateurs. Répondre aux questions et aux problèmes des utilisateurs sur l’environnement Power Platform, Copilot et plus largement sur les outils Microsoft 365. Gouvernance, sécurité et conformité Déployer et sécuriser les environnements Power Platform et Copilot, en assurant la conformité, la sécurité et la gouvernance des solutions mises en place (audit, DLP, Center of Excellence, gestion des agents, etc.). Participer à l’industrialisation des solutions low-code/no-code et à l’intégration de l’IA générative/agentique, en contribuant à la conduite du changement et à l’acculturation des équipes.
