En tant que consultant(e) indépendant(e), vous accompagnez vos clients dirigeants et investisseurs dans leurs projets immobiliers professionnels (bureaux, locaux d'activité, entrepôts, commerces), de la prise de mandat jusqu'à la signature. Vous développez votre portefeuille sur votre secteur, analysez les biens grâce à nos outils de valorisation IA, et coordonnez les intervenants jusqu'à la conclusion de la transaction. Vous bénéficiez d'une formation initiale, d'un accompagnement continu et d'outils métier complets (CRM, juridique, communication, financement).

Responsibilities

You will accompany corporate clients and investors through their professional real estate projects from mandate acquisition to final signature. You are responsible for developing your local portfolio and coordinating all stakeholders involved in the transaction process.
