Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a high-acuity setting. Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and medical students. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and teaching. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with institutional policies. Stay current with advancements in emergency medicine and apply evidence-based practices. Proven clinical experience in emergency medicine, preferably within an academic or tertiary care setting. Demonstrated teaching experience and a commitment to academic medicine. Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex cases in a high-pressure environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Research experience and publications in emergency medicine are advantageous. Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Dedication to continuous professional development and involvement in clinical governance.
