Description

Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath. * Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. * Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks. * Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. * Integrate RPA solutions with third-party systems and APIs. * Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for structured and unstructured documents. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. * Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. * Manage bot lifecycle including monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Required Skills & Qualifications * 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience with strong RPA exposure. * 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development is mandatory. * Hands-on experience in Python is mandatory. * Experience in implementing IDP solutions is an advantage. * Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Experience with API integrations, databases, and version control systems is mandatory. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
