Au sein de notre communauté, vous aurez pour mission de piloter la conception, la mise en œuvre et le suivi des stratégies de conseil et de communication sur des sujets liés à des problématiques internes & corporate, et d'employee / leaders advocacy, pour différents clients Vos missions, si vous acceptez ce challenge En nous rejoignant en tant que consultant, vos missions seront de : Mise en œuvre de recommandations stratégiques et plan d’actions ; Rédaction de notes de fond ; Réalisation de Benchmark/synthèses ; Relation client ; Suivi opérationnel de vos projets : prise de brief et suivi de création et de production, coordination des équipes impliquées ; Implémentation des actions de communication en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des autres métiers de l’agence (création, publicité, édition, relations presse, influence, stratégie de marque, digital…) ; Gestion des budgets dont vous avez la charge ; Participation à des appels d’offre. Compétences requises Vous êtes familier avec le conseil en communication interne et sur l’employee advocacy Vous possédez une facilité rédactionnelle et une excellente orthographe Vous avez une forte capacitée d’analyse et de synthèse Rigueur et organisation vous définissent au quotidien Vous êtes curieux(se), ouvert(e) d’esprit et vous savez vous adapter en toute situation Expérience en agence de communication souhaitée Vous maitrisez l’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral Profil recherché : De formation bac +4/5 en IEP, communication ou école de commerce avec une spécialisation RH, Vous êtes doté(e) d’une bonne culture générale et vous vous intéressez aux problématiques de communication et de ressources humaines. Vous avez une expérience de 4 à 5 ans dans le secteur de la communication et/ou des ressources humaines souhaitée.
