Please send your updated resume with below details....Asap Expected rate all inc on W2/1099 : Visa status: Current Location: Availability: Bachelor degree and years of passing : Master degree and years of passing : Experience: Experience, in client-side sourcing a (minimum) $10m IT outsourced service contract Must provide a minimum of three (3) references for client-side IT sourcing (one reference must be to a contract value of at least $10m, or, an organization with a minimum of 2,000 employees) Direct Responsibilities: Experienced with assisting clients with IT outsourcing services, and familiar with current market trends and industry innovations. Familiar with other public agency outsourcing agreements and strategies for minimizing risk while maximizing value to the organization. Responsible for allocating and applying corporate resources to ensure City access to the right experience and expertise to maximize the value from the engagement. Responsible for providing legal analysis and advice to City Attorney and Department of IT relating to contractual issues, interpretation and relative risks. Responsibilities
