🧠 Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon with extensive experience in trauma and head & neck surgery. The role involves managing complex emergency and elective cases, including tracheostomies, penetrating neck injuries, and facial trauma, while delivering patient‑centered care to the highest standards. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage ENT conditions with subspecialty focus on trauma and head & neck surgery. Perform emergency and elective procedures, including: Tracheostomies Repair and management of penetrating neck injuries Surgical management of facial trauma Provide comprehensive peri‑operative care and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams in multidisciplinary settings. Lead emergency response teams for ENT trauma cases. Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery plans. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to teaching, mentoring junior doctors, and clinical research. 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements Medical degree with fellowship/subspecialty training in ENT / Otolaryngology. Board certification or equivalent in ENT Surgery. Proven expertise in trauma, head & neck surgery, tracheostomies, and facial trauma management. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
