Description:

Applications are invited for 2 Consultant ENT Surgeons with specialist interests in:
Anterior Skull Based Surgery
Head and Neck Cancer
The successful applicants will join a department consisting of seven full-time Consultant Surgeons, three Locum Consultants and four Registrars.
The ENT Department is primarily based on the Castle Hill Hospital site in the Centenary Building with an inpatient ward shared jointly with the Breast and Plastic Reconstructive Service, and dedicated outpatient and audiological facilities. The department is also the Regional Centre for Head and Neck Cancer Services. In addition, the service provides paediatric and day surgery sessions at the Hull Royal Infirmary as well as managing ENT emergencies through the acute site. As this post is part of the newly formed Head and Neck Care Group working collaboratively with Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust there may also be a requirement to work at the Diana Princess of Wales hospital site.
To succeed you must be registered (or eligible to be registered) with the GMC with a licence to practise and be on the Specialist Register (or eligible within 6 months of the date of interview), as well as have a strong history of delivering clinical care, and outstanding communication skills.
