ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This remote role is ideal for a skilled consultant who brings both a strategic lens and practical experience, and who thrives in dynamic, cross-cultural environments. You will play a critical role in supporting client engagements across Australia and beyond, delivering meaningful insights, facilitating strategic planning, and enabling culture change through an equity-driven approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research, stakeholder consultations, and organisational assessments to identify DEI opportunities and challenges
  • Advise clients on inclusive best practices across recruitment, culture, policy, leadership, and governance
  • Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and training materials focused on equity and inclusion
  • Manage and support client relationships, ensuring high-quality project delivery and measurable impact
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners across sectors to foster systemic change
  • Stay abreast of emerging DEI trends, policy developments, and thought leadership relevant to the Australian context
