As part of our global ERP strategy, we are developing a modern and standardized system landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365-FO). As an in-house consultant (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the further development and global harmonization of our business processes, with a particular focus on the end-to-end process chains Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C). You will actively shape the digital future of dSPACE and drive the transformation of our international ERP landscape.  

Your tasks

• Conception, implementation and continuous development of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365-FO) and the global ERP template
• Responsibility for the analysis, standardization and optimization of global business processes in the Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash environment or related functional areas.
• Recording, evaluating and implementing technical requirements in the areas of purchasing, procurement, sales, supply chain management, and possibly also finance.
• Management and coordination of ERP projects and sub-projects in close collaboration with specialist departments, key users, external implementation partners and our internal development team.
• Conducting process workshops, fit-gap analyses, tests and change management measures
• Supporting global support and advising international locations on efficient use of D365-FO 

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment, as well as good knowledge of the business processes Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain Management or Finance.
• Experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes
• Ideally, experience in international ERP implementation or rollout projects.
• High communication and consulting skills in international teams
• Very good German and English skills
