Description

Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process for both internal and external executive recruitment candidates globally, including confidential requisitions and slated roles. This role will also handle new hire logistics to ensure all necessary documentation, as required by company and regional legal frameworks, is completed prior to the start date. Strong team collaboration is essential, and the role is responsible for facilitating an excellent experience for all stakeholders throughout the executive recruiting process.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to conduct high quality conversations and guidance with process participants, recruiters, managers/peers.
  • Knowledge of the global talent acquisition discipline around candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection methodologies to help ensure a positive, innovative and world class candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of data analysis methods and tendencies that includes the ability to use tools for interpretation and action of data.
  • Start with the customer (external and internal) and work backwards to meet their needs while conducting the actions and improvement initiatives required; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer, business and relevant stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, processes, and interrelationships of data transfers (e.g., Workday, Salesforce).
  • Ability to build relationships in different countries/different cultures and conduct global world class processes while interacting with various Coca Cola teams under any possible scenarios and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Recruiting Processes, HR environment or Shared Services.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Belgium, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the logistics for interview scheduling. This includes coordinating the availability of interviewers and candidates, arranging travel for candidates, and disseminating final interview schedules and necessary materials for confidential or high-profile roles.
  • Handle logistics for executive candidates, including scheduling interviews and debriefs across different time zones, managing assessment processes, and handling travel and expense requests.
  • Collaborate with Executive Recruiters worldwide to support multiple executive recruiting processes.
  • Prepare offer letters and packages, follow up on candidate acceptances, and manage their enrollment with the company.
  • Provide support for the PTE process globally.
  • Gather necessary candidate information to support required background checks.
  • Assist in implementing employment arrangements to facilitate the global mobility of associates within the system, including transfers to and from bottlers, joint ventures, and other operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Executive Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and various business units.
  • Ensure Coordinator tasks are aligned with talent acquisition practices, leading to an excellent experience for Hiring Managers and Candidates.
  • Partner with recruitment peers to maintain consistent standards across global recruitment practices and collaborate with internal teams (local and global) to identify and execute operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and legislation.
